1. Statement:
- User must agree with service terms.
- Upon violation of service agreement, service will be halted until
we can negotiate a solution between the vendor and the user.
- There will be no refunds in cases of
violation.
- User will assume the full responsibility in cases caused by their violation.
2. User's duties:
The following websites are
not allowed:
- Any website providing games or music online.
- Any websites focusing on pornographic, adult-only or including adult-only
information
- Any websites used to download movie, music or software
- Any websites dedicated for chart and BBS
- Any websites with information such as cracking tools, hacking
software, virus, software SN or key and so on.
The following actions are
not allowed:
- Any actions related to intellectual property rights.
- Using illegal information such as pornography, superstition,
politics, system attack technology, hacker study course, personal
attack, etc
- Using our email service to send spam emails.
- To interfere with the normal service of our network or Internet.
User must understand
following:
- User is in charge of the running efficiency of all their script codes
with CGI/Perl、PHP、ASP、ASP.NET、JavaScript. If
the user overloads the system resources such as CPU or RAM, and
adversely affects the functioning systems, we have the right to stop the website and
negotiate with user.
- User can cancel the service at any time, but the charges for that
month are not refundable.
- User is responsible for any civil or criminal action caused by
their website content.
- We cannot guarantee that the customer will always
receive 100% quality and security. There are many kinds of
uncontrollable factors which occasionally influence the network.
- We do not bear any responsibility in
the case of loss of customer data or service due to accident or
other unpredictable causes.
- We reserve the right to change the service price, but it will take
effect only for new contracts or when renewing contracts.
- These terms may be updated without notice due to changes in international, federal, provincial or local
regulations.
